Bought an outfit from this place 4/21/24. I received it ground postal mail, and when I opened it the size was smaller, but yet they advertised it to be the right size. I returned I had to pay for the label $8.99 I had to buy package to send back. I have been waiting tor refund and this shame company is trying to only give me $39 when I paid $62.88 for something I tried on that didn’t fit and sent back the very next day. The material was thick and not light and flowing like it claimed to be. Don’t go by reviews because I did a they are not accurate.
Dress obviously a returned item
The dress ordered was received with no tags attached and looked like it had been worn. I immediately reached out to customer service with a photo and request for an exchange. The quality is not as it appears on the website. Stitching of the inexpensive lace show that it was cheaply made, but I was willing to keep the dress if afforded the opportunity to exchange it for something that was actually new. Their initial reply stated they are unable to respond because their agents are on a holiday. Their next response offered 20% refund and state, “We've also sent a coupon to your store account on the website as compensation. (USD 8.00 off over USD 39.00).” Also, their physical address is just a physical address. The building itself is located in New York City. Their company is not in United States. I regret this experience and hope this helps someone.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 4/5/24 and spent over $100. Today is 5/4/24 and I still have not received my items. Their customer service is a joke and will not help you. I’m demanding my money back since I never received my items.

Shopping with Rosewe was so easy to do! I didn't have to leave the comfort of my home! I just got on my tablet and looked at all their beautiful clothing and accessories they have to offer.
