Dress Size
I bought 2 Dresses 👗, 1 white, 1 red. Personally for me the fit was perfect👌🏾. I just ordered, something for someone else, fingers crossed 🤞🏽 it will fit, if so there will be more orders. So far Happy 😊
Absolutely dreadful. Worst company ever.
Absolutely dreadful. Rubbish quality dress, rubbish customer service and extortionate return costs. Slow refund. Dress huge and not as photo. Different colour, trimmings and pleat arrangement. Heavy, not floaty as described. 2 failed delivery targets. I couldn't obtain a return label because rosewe were on holiday. When I did, had only 10 days to return instead of published 30. Published I would pay £6.10 for return but instead was charged almost £12. They also ignored most of my 'tickets'. Waited 2 months for delivery. Offered speedy dispatch on another outfit for imminent wedding. Turned out to be a choice of swimsuits. Don't bother going through my trauma. Just don't bother ordering. Robbers.

I'm very pleased with this company. Everything I've ordered so far fits perfect. I love the styles and the materials are nice.
Obtaining refund issues
I returned two items totaling about $80 due to poor quality. When I asked about the status of my refund, i was told poor quality was not a reason for a refund for a return. Instead I was offered a $20 in-store credit to use. The return policy does not state items cannot be returned for poor quality. Speaking with a live agent is like being on a merry-go-round. I keep going in circles. Suffice to say, I will not shop with Rosewe again. Which is unfortunate because of the four items I purchased two of them I really like. Rowewe has lost my business.
