Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, the dress I received was extremely creased, and looked like a 2nd hand garment with no tags attached. I return the dress as requested and still waiting for my refund weeks later!!! I will not purchase anything again from ROSEWE

Poor shipping

I ordered a dress on the 17th and paid for expedited shipping. It was suppose to be here between the 22-28 however it did not ship until the 26th and as of the 29th I still have not received it. Tracking says it will not be here until the 31st. So I paid for expedited shipping for nothing which was about the same price as the dress.

Love my dress!!

I ordered a dress from Rosewe. I was kept informed by email of all the stages- right up to delivery. The dress itself is absolutely beautiful and very well made! Couldn’t fault it! I ordered it for an upcoming wedding and I can’t wait to wear it!! 5 stars all round!!

I needed to shop in the "Church Attire " category so I did. Beautiful merchandise. I wanted a white dress and found several items to choose from. Dresses and pant suits. It really was difficult to choose because of the vast variety made available. I only needed one white dress but ended up purchasing two. Great material and beautifully made. I'm so happy with my purchases and will continue to buy from Rosewe.

Not trustworthy company. They steal your money

I bought a pant and a top from this company , both was wayyyyy too big! I returned for exchange for a smaller size. Then they kept my items and said it smell . And gave me store credit for $20 out of $60 I paid them . This is a ripoff and stealing form your customer… I am very upset. Never again buying from this company . And I will use my last $20 credit from you and goodbye
