Appreciation to the representative via chat
I truly appreciate the follow-up with the customer service representative via chat. The online return policy is not so customer service friendly. However, the representative (via chat) was very helpful. The representative was able to provide a link of which I was able to promptly print my return receipt without further delay or hassle. Also, the representative was patient in explaining the purpose of the RMA and its location to ensure that I am able to obtain my return. Thanks again to the representative for their exceptional customer service as it is truly appreciated!
Easy ordering and checkout. I have ordered 2 (one for myself and oldest daughter) of these dresses so far and this one will make #3 (for my twin sister). This dress is so elegant and wonderful to wear. I love the way it feels and the having the pockets makes me so relaxed. The design is beautifully done as well because I like different.

I've shopped with Rosewe for the past 3 years and I am quite happy with my purchases and I love the returns policy. I've had to send stuff back and never had a problem but, twice however that was resolved both times.

Poor customer service on…
Poor customer service on exchange/return
This company failed to meet my expectations for a return. They are not professional. I will never order from this company again. The merchandise is poor quality. It is cheap for a reason.
I bought two white dresses last year in december 2023 and they did not fit well. I returned them using the return address which was on the package. Wrote a number of emails so that they should reimburse my money but to no avail they said that was not the return address up to now they have my money and blocked all my emails. I will never ever buy anything from them they are day light robbers
