Very disappointed with customer service using phrases like FAMILY FRAUD, SUSPENSION OF MY ACCOUNT, PERMANENTLY BANNED as threatening excuses for not refunding my £24.99 poor poor services.

Easy buying and straightforward
Easy buying and straightforward, I can use Apple Pay as well. I have had problem with items bought didn’t receive it but customer service team solve problem quickly, I was a bit concerned at first but service team put me at ease, there was a follow up 2 days after the issue occurred to make sure everything went smoothly - I would rate 5/5 great team here. P.S. I should get couple legendary pieces for those inconveniences Lol 😜, kidding - All great happy with the service thanks you all

Invalid entry message when purchasing
Miya was great. She was patient with my slow typing, understood what I was asking her and responded appropriately with the correct communication wordage that allowed me to understand her responses. I didn’t like the fact that I had to send a picture of my card showing the first 6 numbers and the last 4 at the end, along with the expiration date to her to verify it was me and that my name was on the card. My problem was resolved and it didn’t take too long to fix it.
