Xsolla refused to refund 9 unauthorized card-not-present transactions for Legend of YMIR, total 2,551.50 GEL. Ticket #9636020. I reported the issue immediately. Xsolla claimed that a temporary hold verification was completed, but refused to provide any evidence, logs, IP/device/country, Xsolla account, or game account details, citing privacy/security. Their own support indicated that the purchases were credited to multiple different game accounts/emails unknown to me. My bank blocked the card and opened a fraud/dispute case. I am now forced to pursue chargeback and a police/cybercrime report.
