Overall happy with the system. My only complaint would be 2 things. 1 being the hardware was not the best so I ended up buying new stuff. 2 being no port on the high side of the system. Other than that I am happy with the system.

Everything arrived quickly. I have no major issues and only very minor inconveniences. The ground stands and/or condensers didn't ship with the bolts required to connect them together. The included instructions could be a little more detailed, but overall I would recommend this brand for the pricing and the efficiency of the heat pumps.

Senville was great, customer service was helpful and polite and easy to work with and order from. The Shipping process was a mess, probably since its shipping to Hawaii. FedEx freight was the shipping contractor, it went two weeks without updates, it’s past the expected delivery date and FedEx is currently unsure of its location. I have talked with nearly 15 agents and no resolution yet, and this is with me spending $700 to ship it. I plan to ask for a partial refund of the shipping cost.

We had an issue with the compressor motor, cycling and vibrating. Our tech called Customer/Technical Service they agreed on the issue and sent me a new motor in ~3 days. Excellent support with no haggling.

Im the tech who installed the original unit. The unit started having compressor issues after a year. Had a few communication issues but they straightened everything out and gave the customer a great discount on replacement unit even though only compressor was covered. Would definitely recommend senville to customers, relatives and friends.
