Fast and accurate delivery. Their split units saved me from no air conditioner and 118 degree weather. A split unit is well worth it and lower electric cost then ac unit!

The 25 ft line we had did not fit and the correct was all out of stock. Sent 16ft to connect together but impossible to get connection fittings anywhere for 3/4 fittings. Had to go out and buy regular copper tubing.

I notified customer care about damage found to outdoor unit after unpacking and no one has bothered to respond.
1. Bunch of aluminum fins smashed in back where temp sensor attaches
2. Surface dent to upper front which hopefully won't effect it's operation!
Shipping box did not indicate dent was caused in shipment...
Update:
CC has finally responded and are aware of the dent to the the front of Outdoor unit case. I simply wanted them to be aware in case there was a functional issue, there was not at this time. Timely responses helps indicate that "customer care" cares. A stipend for the stress would have been nice

We are very happy with this product, My Son and I installed this ourselves found it very easy. I do suggest a little better mounting bracket to the outside of the house. every other unit we have seen uses a T bracket style. It seems more secure.

I installed unit last week and I am pleased with the outcome. the template that was in the box with the evaporator was the wrong one. use the one in the instruction book for the model you have. instructions leave a lot to be desired.
