The 18,000 BTU LETO actually was delivered two days early, which was good right to my front door. Packaging was secured well the included cardboard template made insulation a breeze. The only thing was missing for some reason was the remote. I immediately called your 800 number and spoke with somebody in Niagara Falls Canada, who spoke really good English for a change compared to a lot of these companies very nice person immediately put in an order and sent me out a Remote, which arrived two days later. extremely nice paint on the compressor almost like a Ferrari finish another nice touch was including the spring on the copper lines to prevent crimping all the way to the end by the connectors I don’t think any other company does that and like I said earlier, the cardboard template made it extremely easy to get the proper locations for the screws and the 2 1/2 inch hole. it’s already the first week of August so a little late this year for the northeast area but next spring I will definitely be getting another of these to put into my son‘s bedroom who is coming home from the army next spring. Researched over 500 other split system ACs, but your company seem to have the best track record and reputation and so far I was right.

FirstI thought that part of the order was not deliveted. But later found out that I had bought a unit without an installation kit .
