Instructions need help. Not for a dyi. You definitely need experience. I am a talented individual and I struggled with multiple things. For example the wired control units were very misleading where to connect them. There needs to be instructions fir each different model not just a vague blanket instruction. They work great. Delivery was great. I was missing screws to the faceplate of the ceiling cassettes. Other than that I had everything needed.

I called twice; the first time to verify the procedure for my issue. The second time was to report my problem, send pictures along with a description, etc. The parts I needed were sent promptly to me (under warranty) . Can’t ask for more than that!

Delivery was great timing and your products are are beyond expectations, the only comment is your installation book on different units could be updated on each individual unit weather it be wall unit's, floor, cassette or ducked, they are generic to cover everything.
