Wrong dinette recieved
We ordered a new dinette for our rv. It was shipped to us in a very timely manner and well packaged,unfortunately it wasn't the color we ordered after a phone call I was told that we could keep it and receive a refund for the shipping or they would ship a replacement. We decided on the replacement and our order was shipped that day. Manny did a fantastic job great customer service.
Bad ground
Well I’m a so called do it yourself garage mechanic, was having trouble with both my captains chairs electrical. I called Manny he was pretty sure I had a bad ground and I didn’t believe him because I know it all! Well when I’m wrong I admit it after testing it 2 or 3 times I finally ran an outside ground and how hallelujah he was right problem solved!! Thanks again Manny!!

Megan with customer service was great; helpful, kind and easy to work with! You more than half expect a poor experience when you call customer service these days but she was so nice and made it easy!
Shop4Seats Customer Service gets a 5…
Shop4Seats Customer Service gets a 5 star rating from me. Both Bob and Manny have worked very hard to get our Orders shipped sooner than expected. We ordered Captains Chairs and Reclining sofa for our Motor Home in December and they were expected to ship on the 15th. They were Shipped today. YAY. Stay tuned for a product review in the coming months after we have installed them and took them on some trips. Customer service is quick to respond to any concerns. Just give the a call.

Great chair
Bob, the sales rep, did a great job describing the barrel chair that I was interested in. The sale went smoothly and was delivered when promised. The chair looks great. The "Ultimate leather" material is so much better than the pleather on the original seat. As it turned out, I was able to use the original swivel base in my RV and did not need the one that I purchased. I called Shop4Seats to ask about a return. Megan was very helpful with the instructions about sending the swivel back. I would definitely recommend them.

Extremely Helpful
My service department representative, Manuel Gonzales was extremely helpful. I ran into some shipping problems with FedEx with delivery of my furniture. Manuel helped to compensate for the issue and was quite professional in handling it. I was very pleased with the furniture and would highly recommend Shop4Seats.

Good when you're trying to buy the seat but after you buy the seat take some quite a while to get back to you
Very good customer service up front before the purchase during the purchase, wasn't able to work with the same person all the way through the process not sure why started out with Zach ended up with the manual ordered a qualtex discovery RV seat for a e450 Ford chassis everything mounted up good except for their base to their seat very cheap little screws unhardened pretty scary that these four little cheap bolts are going to hold me in the vehicle if that's in an accident. The seat sits higher about 8 in higher than the original seat so unless you're a little person I don't know how you're going to fit in the seat and not hit your head on the ceiling of the RV and then also the the backrest part of the seat comes down and hits you right below the shoulder blades when it should come down and wrap around the back of your head and hit you right about in the neck area so your head sits above the seat about 6 in look at the dimensions before you buy one I wouldn't recommend buying one of these again go to a junkyard buy a 2002 GMC half ton pickup leather seat and make your own mounts.
We purchased the Odyssey RV Loveseat…
We purchased the Odyssey RV Loveseat and then ordered an accessory (swivel table) from Megan through Shop4Seats.com. What a great improvement for our motorhome seating! The seats came in three pieces, easy to assemble and look great. The leather feels nice and the massage and heat features are such a great accessory! The middle console has cup holds and a USB charger. We love our purchase. Now we can sit back and glamp while RVing.

I ordered a sleeper sofa for my RV and and the sofa arrived quickly and well packaged. The arm rests, unfortunately, were not in the factors carton and Manuel at Shop4Seats was very prompt in getting them shipped out right away. Great customer service and great product!!
Shop4Seats puts out quality products…
Shop4Seats puts out quality products that are beautiful. I recently purchased double recliners to replace the couch in my motorhome. One of the cup holders was missing and with one phone call and one email customer service is sending out a replacement at no cost. That’s great customer support!
Pickup seats
I love the seats but don’t buy them for any pickups because they don’t fit they sit way to tall and I spent 3 days redoing there bracket that’s 4 inches to short and when I called them they said that professional shop is supposed to mount them.(but why was I not told about that when I purchased them) They had them send me pictures of what I did to make them fit and I took everything back out and sent them pictures only to find out that they don’t care about customer support luckily I have a fabrication shop and was able to rebuild there bracket to lower them 4 inches and they still sit 15 inches above the floor
I happened to see one of the recliners…
I happened to see one of the recliners from 4 Seats in another RV we looked at. After purchasing our motor home, we replaced the existing couch with one from Joseph Yberra at 4 Seats. The whole process went well and we had great service! Megan Moore was super helpful when one of our optional accessories didn't show up. I would highly recommend purchasing from them!
