First of all, let me start by saying that the quality of their products is exceptional! Even so I had to sadly initiate a return due to sizing concerns, because being a new mother, I am in between sizes. Allison from customer service team was super helpful with the entire process and helped me find the perfect resolution. I ordered my first dress in medium and loved it. I had a wedding coming up so I ordered two dress options with intent of keeping them both and selecting one for the wedding. However, even though I ordered a medium they were not even close in size to the first dress. I have sent multiple emails back and forth with photos of them with the tags on and they refuse to respond or provide a refund. This company is a complete scam and will steal your money. DO NOT BUY!!!

THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SKETCHY RETURN POLICIES. BEWARE!!!! There is no contact via phone or chat. If you send them an email, it takes them days to respond. I placed an order but realized it would not come in time. I emailed them immediately for the order to be cancelled. They ignored the email initially and then proceeded to still process and ship the order despite my request for order cancellation. When I tried to return the product, they offered me only 20% refund, even though the website says returns are accepted within 14 days.

I ignored the bad reviews, and i regret it. I bought 4 dresses, over $500 spent. Dresses are not true to size, VERY poor quality (SHEIN is better!) and the customer service is even worse. Took 2 months and over 15 emails to get a refund/return. They kept offering store credit even after i said to stop offering alternatives, as i wanted a refund to my original payment method. And even then, the only reason i got my money back is because i filed a dispute w my bank. Since the dresses delivered to their warehouse and still 2 weeks later i still didnt get my money back. I even had to pay for shipping and a 5$ restocking fee (per each item) DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before ordering because this has been one of the most infuriating and completely unacceptable online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order expecting it to arrive well before an engagement, but after 15 days of waiting, endless delays, and constant excuses, my order never even left the warehouse. What exactly is the dress doing just sitting there for over two weeks? It’s beyond ridiculous. I repeatedly contacted customer service and was fed the same empty lines about my order being “prioritised” and them “following up” with the warehouse, yet absolutely nothing changed. There was zero transparency, zero accountability, and clearly no real intention to fix the issue. Instead of doing their job and providing a proper solution, I was left chasing updates, wasting my time, and scrambling to find another outfit at the last minute. The stress and disappointment this caused were entirely avoidable. It honestly feels like they couldn’t care less about their customers. After 15 days of waiting only to find out the order hadn’t even been shipped or left the warehouse, I requested a refund in line with their own policy, which clearly states that unshipped items can be cancelled and refunded. Despite this, they blatantly lied and told me it was “too far into the process” to cancel, which is completely false. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed my request and had the audacity to try and fob me off with an ugly handbag instead of giving me my money back. I didn’t order a handbag. I ordered a dress, and I expected either the dress or a refund — not some pathetic attempt to avoid doing the right thing. It was only after I made it clear I would escalate the matter to the ACCC that they finally agreed to process the refund. The fact that I had to threaten escalation just to get what I was already entitled to says everything about how poorly this company treats its customers. I would never shop here again and strongly advise others to stay far away. I ordered the Draped Long-Sleeve Maxi Dress with Gathered Waist – Light Blue and was actually excited to get it but this company is extremely unreliable. This entire experience has gone far beyond disappointing it’s been completely unacceptable and honestly outrageous.

absolute scams, they don't allow you to return the items and keep offering you store credit. the address to send the items comes up as UPS store in Chicago, they ask you to pre pay for costumes which is not possible with most couriers from the UK. been such an upsetting experience

Hi. Absolutely terrible quality of the dress and return policy is unacceptable😡 For the returning policy company “gifting” you with 20 percent of the dress price or 30 percent for the store credit😡no explanation, take it or leave it!!! Don’t even think to order from them. Pictures look nice but in the reality cheapest quality 🤯
