Unfortunately, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. For weeks, I have been trying to resolve case #80152, yet I have received no meaningful support. Instead, I have repeatedly been referred to DHL, despite DHL clearly confirming that only the sender can initiate an investigation into a missing return shipment. The return package was confirmed to be on its way back to the company, but the tracking has not been updated for more than six weeks and the current location of the parcel remains unknown. Despite this, no investigation appears to have been opened, and no refund has been issued. What is most frustrating is being passed back and forth between the retailer and the shipping company while receiving no real assistance. As a customer, I should not be left to resolve a problem that can only be addressed by the sender. DHL has made it clear that the responsibility to investigate lies with the company, yet no effective action has been taken. After weeks of waiting, multiple support requests, and a complete lack of accountability, I feel ignored and let down. A professional company should take ownership of such situations, communicate transparently, and work proactively toward a resolution instead of shifting responsibility elsewhere. At this point, I am still waiting for either a proper investigation or a full refund. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise potential customers to consider the quality of after-sales support before making a purchase.

I had an item I needed to return and sent an email as per the instructions to make a return. Customer service responded in a timely manner and helped me in a very polite and courteous manner to make the return. I had no issues whatsoever with the return and I have purchased several item from Sierra Darien and this is the first item I have returned without any issues. Love their clothing, designs are unique and quality is great, highly recommend!

My order was placed more than a week before a time-sensitive event. The item was not shipped during that entire period. After I contacted customer service requesting cancellation due to the delay, the order was shipped the same day. I was then informed cancellation was no longer possible due to processing delays on the company’s end. Upon receipt, I immediately requested a return. Instead of processing it promptly, I was sent repeated messages over several days encouraging me to keep the item, despite my clear request for a refund. I eventually received a return address and paid $15 out of pocket to return the item. After delivery, I experienced further delays and inconsistent communication regarding my refund. I was informed the return had been scanned incorrectly and was still under inspection, and I was promised a refund within 24–48 hours. When the refund was finally issued, it was not in full. An unexplained deduction of $18 was made, and no justification has been provided. Additionally, the $15 return shipping cost was not reimbursed, despite the delays and processing issues being caused by the company. As a result, I did not receive the product in time, incurred return shipping expenses, and received an incomplete refund after repeated delays and contradictory information. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining deducted amount as well as reimbursement for the $15 return shipping cost. This was my first and last time purchasing anything from this store. I do NOT recommend buying from this store due to delivery delays, return issues, and unexplained charges.

I bought a beautiful dress from Sierra Darien based on the size description I chose a large. I’m 5’3” 138lbs the dress was extremely large for me around the chest and waist. I communicated with them and they were able to give me a credit towards by next purchase. I loved the dress enough to spend a little on alterations but.

I cannot stress enough how you should not use this company! For a start, it appears their address is in Delaware, according to the State of Delaware it is HARVARD BUSINESS SERVICES, INC,16192 COASTAL HWY, which appears to be a postal registry, not a business premises for Sierra Darien. Placed an order and money was taken, yet no further email communication for 4 days. Sent an email cancelling and magically an email arrives. Takes a week to arrive, and sizes don't fit and quality is low. Sent email requesting a return. You will then be sent numerous emails over several days why they do everything but try and accommodate your return. They offer discounts and concessions endlessly no matter how many times you tell them all you want is to return their products and get your money back. If you are lucky enough to actually get a returns form, despite ordering from UK, the returns address is Chicago! - 6177 N Lincoln Ave, PMB: 373, Chicago IL, 60659. When you look on google maps, this address is a UPS store for forwarding items. PMB means personal mailbox. There is no Sierra Darien here, it is a runaround. Further ‘googling’ finds that romanianimportexport.com also links to this address area. This could be a coincidence. Many reviews on ‘trustpilot’ mention forwarding to Romania and that no refunds have ever been issued and items returned are not accepted. Don't waste your time or money. Stay clear!

I would not purchase from this company again. I bought a top for €150, but unfortunately it did not fit. I tried it on the day it arrived and contacted the company immediately to arrange a return. From the very beginning, the returns process was difficult and frustrating. I followed all instructions provided, returned the item promptly, and included my order number, name, email address, and contact details with the return. I also have proof of postage showing that the package was sent to their return address and should have been received weeks ago. Despite returning the item in perfect condition and providing all the necessary information, I have still not received my refund. Communication has been poor, and I have had to repeatedly chase the company for an update. For a company charging premium prices, I expected a professional and efficient returns process. Instead, I have been left out of pocket and waiting for a refund that should have been processed long ago. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. If an item doesn't fit or you need to make a return, be prepared for a very difficult and lengthy refund process. I have followed and have not heard back.
