The designs are beautiful. However , their material quality is below average. Mostly polyester mixed with some others. I do not see any justification for charging the prices they re asking for. Do better!

The customer service is great
The customer service is great! Quick responses and many alternatives for exchanging items. The sizes are true to fit, but my item arrived later than I needed it. I wanted to return it, but the cost of it was pretty high; they gave me in the end an alternative to send me right away items for the same value or store credit + to keep the set I originally ordered. I was not very impressed by the item’s fabric and it was on pink for an event that required that color (which I never wear), so I will try to return it anyway, because I know I won’t be wearing it. I am waiting for the other two items I got instead and will review again.

I have two dresses from Sierra, both high quality, good materials, the attention to details is visible and the delivery (Europe) was in time, no delay. I am more than happy with my purchase, especially with the dress which I happened to wear when I was proposed! 🤍

Got completely scammed by this website, I ordered the Sierra Darien Elegant Dress With Square Neckline And Silver Floral Detailing, and when it arrived I checked the material, and the material is made from 95% Polyester and 5% Elastin, I was completely misinformed with the material of the dress, the dress states on the website that it is made from Viscoe and Elastin, not to mention that there is the exact same dress on SHEIN being sold with the exact same material, at a fraction of the price, I also ordered another dress from there which is awful material, extremely weak and flimsy, and does not fit, an item that I originally ordered, they emailed me saying that it’s no longer being sold, so I had to choose another, I have proof that I was completely misinformed

I didn’t want to believe the 1 star reviews- I NEVER write reviews. After all their emails landed in my junk due to the constant ‘flash sale’ crap that you receive from them I was told that ‘they didn’t have the materials to make my dress’ like what?? It’s a £70 dress I’m sure it’s not being tailored and hand made so please don’t over sell yourselves in your communication. Anyhoo- obviously I expected them to follow this strange email (use of sad emoji faces etc) with so ‘we will issue you a full refund’ nope, instead store credit has been offered? So to be clear, I ordered a dress that was showing ‘in stock’ got my ‘order confirmation email’ the a week later they don’t have the materials to make my dress and rather than just offering a refund they have suggested that I take a stab at ordering something else they may/may not have in stock. Eughhh don’t bother UK girls, dresses look great and website easy but ultimately it’s one of those sites you don’t want it to be and you never get your order. Then you have to waste your time getting your money back if they even return it. SO ANNOYING. Order number #82948 and I’m UK based.

My experience with Sierra was amazing. I contacted them through email and received a very detailed response with all the options they offered. I really love the style of this store because it feels unique and gives a completely different vibe compared to other brands. The quality of the items I bought was also good.

Another Chinese SCAMMER. The quality of the clothes are garbage and then good luck on a return attempt. I reached out at least 10 times until the final agreed to a return. My return arrived last week and crickets from them and still nothing in may bank account. The item was defective and they required for me to pay for the return shipping and I am being charged a stocking fee.

So awful, this is a scam company. Do not buy from this company. Was not happy with the dress I purchased, cheap looking & screwed up in a tiny bag. Completed steps to return item but to get a return address was difficult kept trying to offer part refunds. When I got PayPal involved they sent a return address which turned out to be a TKMax in Chicago. Awful experience.

But when I reached out to follow up i received response fairly quickly to let me know what's going on.
