Smarterasp.net started out well, then the great hack of 2019? forced two separate websites, Hosting and Billing which looked the same and which caused user issues. It never fully recovered Then the disastrous redesign of Summer 2026. Total mayhem. Websites crashed, DB connections lost, SSL connections lost, DNS mixed up, Errors Establish Database Connection alerts. It's very hard to image people actually sat in a room and approved it. It looks like something someone's friend's girlfriend might do. I'm at a complete loss, was here 16 years, but moving all 22 websites.
