Soccer.com is a scam company. I ordered two Pulsic World Cup jerseys. I paid for expedited shipping. After receiving my money they said it is a custom order. I told them that I selected Pulsic jersey not custom. They insisted that was it. Then they told me my shipment was delayed but will be sent out next day. Then I called back but they told me it was delayed again. It has now taken more than a week but still no jersey despite paying for expedited shipping. I have called them 8 times and always get different answer. Don’t waste your money with this company. They are a scam organization.
Update: I actually did receive the jersey I had ordered a day after it was supposed to arrive. Unfortunately, I had already ordered it from another provider due to soccer.com saying it was lost, so I had to return it. I’m upgrading this to 3 stars since I did receive the item, though. The customer service and ease of return does make me feel better about ordering from them again. I ordered a small, in stock jersey that was supposed to ship and be delivered the following week. I received an email from soccer.com saying the order had shipped. I opened the tracking number and saw it had not actually shipped, a label had just been created. I gave it a day with no further updates before I contacted soccer.com. The rep also told me my order had shipped, and I pointed out to her that the tracking number shows it was never received by the carrier. She agreed and looked into it. They told me my package had been lost, and the jersey I had ordered was no longer in stock. Extremely disappointing first experience with soccer.com misrepresenting an item as shipped twice and causing me to miss out on stock I had ordered when it was available. I am giving 2 stars only because the representative was professional and courteous, but frankly this company sucks and I won’t be ordering from them again.

During the customization process, I was presented with a screen that said “Pick a Style,” but the only available option was “Basic.” There was no Authentic option available to select and no clear indication that official player customization required a different product or ordering process. When the jersey arrived, the customization was noticeably different from the official on-field version. I contacted customer service because I believed the ordering process was misleading. Instead of acknowledging the issue, Soccer.com responded by claiming that I had chosen the Basic customization option and therefore received exactly what I ordered. The problem is that I was never given a meaningful choice between Basic and Authentic. The website only presented one option. A reasonable customer would assume that a player jersey would come with the official player-style customization unless clearly told otherwise. What disappointed me most was the refusal to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. Rather than addressing the confusing purchasing experience, customer service simply pointed to their policy and denied any accommodation. If you are ordering a customized jersey from Soccer.com, be extremely careful and verify every detail before purchasing. Do not assume that a player jersey will include official player-style lettering, even if that is what the product presentation suggests. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in Soccer.com’s customization process or customer service.
Terrible customer service. I would highly recommend NOT purchasing from them, but If like me, you have to due to club requirements, proceed with extreme caution. You will need to check and double check behind them and know they will NOt honor their own company's errors.
I placed my order over a month ago knowing from their website my items will be shipped MID MAY. Its is now the end of May and my items never shipped. So I emailed them to cancel the order. Magically 1 of my 4 items ordered ships that same day. I never heard from them about cancelling my order but they magically mailed 1 of 4 items. I don't want the items. I found a local reliable source. I can't wait months for my items and I don't want 1 shipped at a time. I paid for 4 items not 1. Cancel the whole order.
It's rare to find a business that has everything you need for soccer at an affordable price. It's even more rare to find one with a return policy that doesn't make you jump through hoops. Every time I order the wrong size, I've never had issues with returning them and getting my refund. Also, delivery service is fast.

Horrible company to deal with. Will offer overnight shipping and charge you a large amount. Then tell you afterwards that the product doesn't qualify for overnight. The best part is they refuse to refund for overnight and deliver four days later.. Literal scumbags
