Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently mention that finding the right equipment is simple thanks to an intuitive website, helpful shoe recommendations, and a massive inventory of sports gear. Buyers also deeply appreciate the consistently affordable prices, frequent promotional sales, and dependable customer service teams who resolve order issues rapidly. However, some customers also noted frustrating experiences regarding unexpected delivery delays, prolonged processing times, and completely unhelpful support responses from agents. Other reviewers were deeply dissatisfied with poor product quality, inaccurate size charts, and strict company policies preventing necessary returns or exchanges.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Ordered on Nov 29 and the item never shipped. I was told for weeks that it was on backorder, then suddenly told it had been delivered, which was not true. After multiple conflicting emails and no tracking ever provided, they tried to charge an additional $239 for shipping nearly a month later. When I refused, they canceled the order. Extremely poor communication, misleading updates, and a complete waste of time. Would not order from here again.
Be careful - Scam!!! Orders were not shipped for more than seven working days, so I emailed to complain and request a refund. They confirmed the refund, but I received $5 less than I expected. This is deceiving the buyer.
Great selection of soccer items. Love the personalization options to most of them. Always easy to buy and secure. Fast shipping and great deals.
Super easy to find and buy soccer gear on here. They have the best deals compared to other similar websites, especially around the holidays. And as a plus they offer free shipping on most orders.
We’ve been ordering from soccer.com for almost 20 years - through team soccer purchases for three kids to fan jerseys for all our favorite teams to soccer gear to just general sports apparel. Always great prices, quick shipping and great customer service. I highly recommend this site and the goal club. Using points for free stuff is super easy and they accumulate quickly!
Outstanding Customer Service! Soccer.com truly sets the standard for customer care. We purchased a pair of Nike Tiempo Legend 10 Pro soccer cleats, which unfortunately began to tear under light to moderate use. After reaching out to Soccer.com Customer Service, we received a response within an hour — and the options they provided were beyond satisfactory. This was by far the best customer service experience we’ve ever had with a sports retailer. Highly recommend!
Soccer.com has a nice selection of Newcastle United merchandise, but I am a little disappointed that Nick Woltemade's name and number isn't yet available for custom shirts.
Soccer.com has a great selection of cleats, clothing, and fan gear. If you're not a Goal Club member, it's inexpensive, and taking the discounts you get and pairing those with points and promo codes, you can end up saving a lot of money. You can also count on friendly and poignant customer service. I didn't need it this time, but the times I've needed it before, they've been awesome.
Great End Result Frustrated that many of the items we were trying to purchase couldn't be found in stores to try on. Fantastic resources: filters, tech reviews, comparisons, articles. Definitely worth the time and I didn't have to search around on 50 other websites to find information I needed. Did do a bit of searching on price comparison. Soccer.com won every time.
