I had a great experience. I was first introduced to Springleaf by Credit Karma. I filled out an application, (on a Sunday) and received a call the following day. Stephanie, (at the Culpeper location) provided me with the best customer service, and helped me with everything. My credit is not the best, and I am in the process of trying to get it in good standing. This loan is helping me do that, and Stephanie helped me every step of the way. Plus, she is overly nice, very understanding, and has a great personality. She doesn't pressure you into anything, and does not make you feel "bad" for having a low credit score. She gives you great advice on how to raise it, and does what she can, to get you the best loan amount to help you with your needs. She is he only one I would want to work with. She has an amazing memory, and is very personable. When recommending anyone to Springleaf...I always tell them to ask for Stephanie. (Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the other ladies are lovely.) :)
I'm a returning customer so I'm somewhat biased with Springleaf. They are my loan family and I know the representatives like family. They are very expedite on getting you an answer on your request. Once approved, it only takes 10-15 minutes to get your check because they have everything electronically done for you and all you have to do is touch the screen. Pretty impressive and the first I've seen from any similar business. I'm confident that SpringLeaf will be there for any of my financial needs in the future.
Filled out application on line on Saturday. Monday I contacted company as instructions stated. By Monday afternoon at 4:30 had the loan checking hand. Couldn't ask for more friendly employees, or a better experience!

We spoke briefly on the phone, set me an appointment for the next day, and within minutes I had the check in my hands. I was approved for the amount I requested, the process went very fast. I was skeptical initially about trying another personal loan company because I really got ripped off by the last one i dealt with . But Chris, the manager, was so easy to talk to, explained everything Iams was very upfront with the interest rate and any fees. I simply felt I could trust him. When I went in the office to do fish the paperwork, Veronica, the sales associate, explained everything carefully. She was so efficient, pleasant and a joy to work with. You will find Springleaf to be much more customer-focused, like you'd expect from a trusted banker. Great rates considering my low credit score, fast service, and none of the scammery that other lenders try to pull (you know the type - it's like Vinny the loanshark at some of these outfits). Very happy with them.
Tom was phenomenal. He was professional and relatable. He carries on good conversation while doing what was needed to complete the loan. He went above to make sure everything got done in a timely manner. The process was easy and fast. We will be returning in the future and defiantly will be referring friends and family!
