I have not had one problem with spring leaf I love this company I work 11-7 at one job and 8-6 at another so I definitely don't have the time to call people back I will admit I was late on a payment so today on my day off I called to talk about my loan and figure out what they needed and spoke to two separate people Jennifer and not sure of the first girls name and honestly felt humiliated after my call. I talked to the first girl and she was awful she did not care how she was talking to me so I asked for Jennifer thinking that she would be nicer yeah right, as I was trying to ask certain questions she would interrupt and tell me to go to the bank without letting me finish my question. I kept asking for what routing number she had on file (since not to long ago when I cancelled my automatic payments I went online and started them again apparently I didn't which is fine that's why I am late) when I asked what the last four were because when I was confirming mine to hers she said that it was different from what I gave. I know wells faro has one set routing number for all my accounts and when I asked for her to repeat the number because I was confused why they would have a different one she had erased the number already and was extremely rude about it. It is unnecessary to show you don't care or to be rude you are the face of a great company don't make people feel as though they are stupid or dumb. I get they deal with a lot of people who don't ever pay what they borrow back but at least I'm making the step to try by calling and giving you what you need to make my payment and to get off a phone call feeling like a fool is a horrible feeling. I will not deal with this branch ever again. I will be making a special trip to talk to the branch in the valley just because the service is so much better. Those two girls clearly need a happy pill.
And just a side note I have emailed this branch back after they emailed me and let them know about my work schedule and if they needed something to just email me. I am on email all day it is way more convenient and they never emailed me back and continued to call and harass all my contacts and myself for one missed payment. It's crazy how you try to work with this branch and they refuse to make it easy.

Basically what I would expect from a loan company, treated me with respect, they processed the paperwork quickly with no hassles, and they simply did their jobs well. I simply appreciate the fact that the loan was processed quickly, the options and payments were made clear, personally I hope to pay off the loans very quickly, but they were there in a pinch when I needed some "emergency money" due to a recent car accident where I needed to make a deductible payment.
I had a positive and timely response. I found them to be decisive ,timely ,efficient, professional and very helpful. Others had failed to produce but Springleaf came through. I found most of the negative reviews I read as personal and not a true or accurate assessment. Again ,THANKS Springfield!!!!
Did the application online, was approved for $7,500. Called to make an appointment. Answered personal questions. I am in a secure job with good income and able to provide all the documentation asked for. Missed call and when I returned it I was told person that called me was busy but would call me back. NO RETURN CALL. When I called back several hours later was told I was not approved! How could I be approved online and with no change in information suddenly not be approved? Thanks for the hit to my credit since I only did the initial because it said it would not affect my credit!

Excellent - I would highly recommend them. Would recommend them to my own family. My experience with them was exceptional. And they dealing with them will help boost my credit score.
Borrowing money ,,BLAH,, But the girls at my Springleaf office made my experience very pleasant. The application process was fast and easy and I had my money the next day. The staff was very friendly and professional. I recommend Springleaf to my own customers ever chance I get.
Springleaf made it east to obtain the funds that I needed and payoff another higher interest loan. The account manager that helped me was very professional and friendly. He helped answer all my questions and made it easy to obtain this loan. I recommend Springleaf to anybody who is needing to borrow money.
I had a $4.00 amount that was not clearly accounted for left on a bill that had been completely paid off that was turned into the credit bureau. I have yet to be told what that amount was for and after years of paying on time and paying off the account, this is how they repaid my diligence... by leaving a message that I had not paid in a timely manner. Unbelievable!

I did my loan from Rhonda here in Pensacola. She was extremely nice, explained everything to me, and took her time instead of doing a hurry up job just to get me the loan than shove me out the door. The only problem I had (which by the way is no ones fault) was the high interest rate. That is on Springleaf themselves. I would highly recommend dealing with Rhonda to anyone here in P'cola. The office is on Gregory street. Thanks Rhonda for taking your time with me. I felt no pressure doing business with you.
Our car car died and we needed help we were in a bind and Springleaf was there to help and get our car fixed with no problem, they understand and is always willing to give a hand, I would referr tham to the world. Dennis

Upon calling Springleaf, an appointment was not necessary. Walk-in was welcomed at any time. There was no long wait. The application process was simple and fast once approved.
I can honestly say that when I needed some financial help the workers of this company did everything possible to help me and I have had great success with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needed some help with finances for almost anything that might come up. The workers in the office here in the town I live in are very helpful and always considerate to the customer whether you are on the phone with them or standing face to face.
I had an amazing experience with the staff at the Marietta Eastlake, GA location. The ladies were very sweet and accommodating, Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. TK the manager was very accommodating as well. The process was very smooth and I would be more than willing to refer them to friends and family.
I apply for a loan online and received the email that I was approved. A representative called me to ask me more questions which I felt were very intrusive but yet I answered them they failed to tell me that they were going to get in contact with my job for employment verification after the fact I had emailed them or should I say uploaded pictures of all documents that they needed to prove I was employed with this company. I had to call my employer to let them know why they were receiving that information so that hopefully they could go ahead and push it through and my loan could go ahead and finish and they can tell me when I will receive it. Come to find out it was never approved in the first place and after they call my job and put my job in my business I still didn't get along after they emailed me and said I was approved. I would not recommend this company for no one and I am happy I did not get the loan it wasn't meant for me. Seen many bad reviews but I decided to give them a chance and I see why they have those bad reviews. They are very misleading do not deal with this company at all.
I purchased my first home in March 2015. It was a dream come true for me and, thank God, I was able to pay cash for it. I am disabled and live on a fixed income but was able to have a water system and almost 3/4 acrea of fence installed. I had a nice front porch but dreamed of screening it so that I could enjoy nature without the bugs. My loan allowed me to have my porch before Spring arrived. The representatives at the Shallotte office met and exceeded my needs and expectations. Thank you for the $$$.
