Returned pair of boots (unworn, tags and box intact). Received a refund for half my purchase price without any explanation. So far customer care is either not able to understand the issue or they are unable to resolve a pretty simple accounting error.

My daughter and I visited Spring Step in Lancaster, Pa. We were immediately greeted by one of the owners who went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. I was looking for specific shoes by Lartiste and not only did she know her product but was well informed on other brands in the store.
