SQlab is your expert for ergonomic bicycle components and accessories like bike saddle, grips, handlebars and stems. SQlab has specialised in the three contact points of the bike (Hands - Pelvis - Feet). A bicycle saddle must not only fit perfectly to both the male and female anatomy, but also correctly spread the body weight from a medical point of view. The grips must prevent numb fingers, must be easily and securely assembled and be a good fit for the hand. In particular our saddles, and our fitting process, which determines the perfect saddle width, have made us the most successful saddle manufacturer in tests of bicycle magazines. You will not only find the perfect saddle, grip, bars and other components here, but also many tips and tricks around ergonomics and how to correctly fit and adjust the SQlab-products for the three contact points. You can purchase our products at your local authorised dealer or here in our online shop. However, we highly recommend the purchase through your local authorised dealer as the face-to-face advice and particularly the sitbone measurement is a service only your brick and mortar authorised dealer can provide.

Website was easy to use. Lots of info about their products to figure out what you need. Customer service was responsive and quick, but wasn’t able to answer some questions. Had to use return process. This was a bit slow but was successful
I ordered the seat size measurer and have yet to receive it. I sure got 500 emails asking to rate the product though

Hey Kyle,
I'm sorry to hear this! We sent you several emails explaining we need a phone number to ship this but never heard back. Please feel free to place another order and just make sure to include your phone number!
Fine Saddle, didn't work for me though I have a problem with my left side, a little too flat on top, should be a dandy though very well made has nice interchangeable cushions for different weight folks!
customer service rep didn't seem very knowledgeable and definitely not helpful... was responsive just a low quality response. I'm still researching saddles and like the sq philosophy but not expecting help from inquiries.
probably "order try and return".

Responsive and helpful company! The 311 fl-x bars are phenomenal, perfect amount of flex to cut down on vibrations, shape works well for me and pairs well with the inner bar ends to have a happy wrists elbows and shoulders for the durations of the big mountain days. Can’t speak highly enough of them, first time I’ve had a bar that hasn’t made a compromise on ride ability, comfort and handling.
Appreciated the free test kit. Instructions were clear. The imprint on the cardboard was not extremely clear, but workable. Yet to see how seat selection works out, but happy with test.
I like the science behind the saddle. The data was helpful and the sizing tool worked great. Bottom line, every bottom is different and there is no perfect saddle. I’ve tried many over the years but this one is feeling pretty good after my initial 110 miles.
Free kit to measure pelvic / sit bone distance, sent to my home with no charge. Free shipping for saddles I purchased. Haven't tried out the saddles yet but so far SQlab is fast, responsive, and easy to deal with.
I ordered the home kit for sit bone measurement to figure out my sit bone width. Then ordered the saddle that fit my riding style the best. The sit bone pain is so much better (I'm just getting back into cycling after 3 years off). Still moving the saddle around to find the best comfort. All in all the most comfortable saddle I've used.
After reading many rave reviews, I decided to give a SQLab seat a try and bought a 60x Active. I followed their instruction to determine the size and chose the smallest available in the category (I have a narrow sit bone width). As soon as I received the saddle, I installed it on my emtb and went out for a ride. It didn’t feel good. I adjusted its position and angle, and hit a same trail. It didn’t feel good. It feels like sitting only on my sit bones and it’s very painful. Perhaps, this seat doesn’t work for my bony butt.
Going back to my old saddle.
