They delivered the crates directly to my door and picked them up from my new house. It saved me days on going back and forth collecting boxes, masking tape, and disposing of all of the trash. Fully recommend. Recently had to move under stressful circumstances and this saved me so much time, money, and headache. Not having to tape the boxes alone saves hours, and then the relief and certainty of knowing someone is going to come and pick the bins up on a certain date and time after the move gave me a deadline to prioritize and unpack. The bins came thoroughly clean, the lids close securely, they stack efficiently, and sturdily kept all of my belongings safe and intact. Customer service and communication was also stellar - from the person dropping/picking up the boxes to the person checking in the day before pick-up to see if I needed more time. We had delivery booked weeks in advance, when it came time to deliver, there was no communication and after reaching out, they had ‘inventory issues’. Rescheduled for next day and still nothing so we cancelled. Grant the salesperson went dark after sale, no help. Highly recommend not using this company.
I got these two days before we decided to move. It was a quick transition. They delivered them in a good amount of time and the pick up was easy. They were friendly, fast, efficient and affordable while we were removing people kept asking me. How did I get them and they wish they would have chose it too cause it was raining and their boxes were getting wet and flimsy. If I had to do this again, I would definitely choose stack. The whole experience was 10 out of 10.
Great alternative to cardboard boxes. Delivery was punctual, pick up was not. Would suggest getting extra dollies (1 for every 4-5 bins) to avoid having to transfer loaded bins off and on them. I don't know why more aren't included in the packages. Less transferring speeds up moving and would reduce wear and tear on the bins over time.

A great alternative to cardboard! We used these for an in-building move and they were perfect. The dollies were super helpful in moving them around. Pickup and dropoff went great, we had very good communication about the timing, and they were very courteous and professional.

My movers just loved the boxes and they were so happy because they are easier to pick up than boxes with no handles. I give this company an A++. I had a lot of valuable stuff that I did not want to put in regular cardboard boxes because I know movers handle everything with no care. I put Legos glass all types of stuff in these doable boxes and everything got unpacked the same way. It was packed untouched and not broken. I definitely recommend using these over cardboard boxes because you don’t have to break down these boxes and recycle them. They just come and pick these boxes up from your new place and they drop it off to you which I like as well.
Straightforward experience delivery and pickup on time, boxes were clean, helped with the move as we did not have any cardboard boxes. These boxes can handle a lot of weight so it saved us time.
I had to move everything I own out of my home for a remodel and I used crates from Stack. Not only was it the best decision because everything was right there outside my home but I had to extend my rental several times and it was always dealt with quickly by the cheerful and helpful staff. The cost for me was comparable to a secure physical storage complex but I didn't have to purchase a hundred boxes and then wonder how to get rid of them. Also, I didn't have to move anything anywhere. Stack staff dropped off the crates and picked them up. Note: the crates are not waterproof so best to make sure they're undercover--maybe a roof or overhang. And/or cover them with a watertight tarp. We had a few of them get doused in the rain and they held the water inside really well. :P I would rent from Stack again and recommend them.
We rented the boxes and they were stated to be waterproof. We placed the boxes in a pick-up truck to go 12 blocks. We covered the truck bed and tied the tarp down to the truck so the bed was secure. A downpour occurred on the drive over to the new place. Over 1/3 of the boxes were exposed to the water. Even though they were covered, the boxes partially filled up with water. Clothes were drenched, and several boxes contained precious photos and memory books, which were ruined. I reached out to Stackmoves.com three times, but no one ever called me back or contacted me by email or phone. I am very disappointed in their customer service and will not use them again.

Process could not have been any simpler. Bins were large and sturdy and held quite a bit. I only wish i had rented more! The recommendation was 25, I got 35, and wished I had gotten 45. I would never use boxes again. Great service.
Excellent alternative to boxes. I rented 50 for a 3 bed unit. Found the price to be about the same to buying boxes, tape, packing paper. WAY easier to load the truck. Very positive experience and I highly recommend.
