I will always use Stack for future moves! With cardboard boxes you have to put the boxes together (fighting with the tape dispenser), break them down at the new place, recycle/store them, ugh! Also, the bins stack (hence the name), so it's easier to keep your house somewhat normal while packing and they stack well in the truck.

Great service and protected our belongings better than cardboard
Far superior to carboard boxes, more eco friendly(I think?), and protected our belongings on our move; you can definitely stack these pretty high and not worry about crushing your things. Pick up / drop off were seamless, easy to book, and would definitely use this service again if we have another move in our future. An ancillary benefit was that it forced us to actually take all of our belongings out of the bins, that otherwise might still be sitting in a box in the garage!

Stacks was communicative, they gave a short window in which they would deliver, and pick up. They were prompt, the boxes were clean, and the delivery guy was really polite. The boxes were extremely useful, I can't imagine how many cardboard boxes we would have used, if we didn't order stacks. Disposing of large amounts of cardboard is really difficult these days, so knowing they would take the boxes was one less thing we had to worry about with moving

Bins were received dirty. Pickup is a hot mess. The local team that does the pickup never reached out with a pickup window. I had to call, message their website and email several times to get any sort of follow up. The follow up I got was that they would pickup the next day at their discretion without any sort of confirmation that I would be available. I reached back out to say that I could not be available and gave alternative options. I still haven’t received actual follow ups from them on how they are going to handle the pickup. But as the customer, I did what I needed to do to follow up with the service I agreed to. I would expect any vendor to communicate clearly and troubleshoot their own challenges rather than putting that on the customer to do.
These bins made our move possible and so much easier. My his and and I have moved a lot, and we always loathe hunting for boxes. Having these bins to fill up, unload and then reuse were simply a life saver. And they delivered and picked up right on time. Highly recommend for any local move.
I have moved 4 times in the last 6 years and did the traditional packing using uhaul boxes. This last move I decided to try Stacks after seeing an ad on my IG feed. This was by far the best and easiest packing experience. My only recommendation is that they add a larger size. The drop off and pick up experience was great. No need to put boxes together, no need for tape, and no need for labels as those were also provided by Stacks. I highly recommend them for your next move.
