COME GET YOUR BINS I’m in Philly and drop off was ok. No one from the “local team” contacted me about timing but the guy who did drop off was super nice. Now I’m sitting here with 2 stacks of bins waiting for pick up. No calls or texts. I’m blowing up the customer service email while they promise the local team should be getting back to me. Now they’re saying people tried and I wasn’t responding. Communication sucks and isn’t what you need during the already stressful time of moving. Philly team is foul for how they’ve acted.
This is a fabulous service. They bring the bins to you at your old place and give you a week to pack them up move them then unpack them. Then they come to your new place to pick them up. Easy peasy. No searching for boxes then having to break them down when you are finished. The service was very communicative and prompt. Can’t sat enough good things about this experience

Was a very smooth experience overall. Moving can be stressful but Stack didn’t add to that stress. They dropped off the bins on the day I wanted. Came on the day that I requested to pick them back up. Communication was also very good from the driver. Amazing experience! I moved half way across the U.S. with stack bins and these bins were by far the easiest part. There’s no guesswork of playing Tetris with your boxes and the dolly makes loading a moving truck so easy. I have tons of books and this took away the stress of finding boxes that could hold the weight which was really nice. Most of all, it’s a sustainable solution and that’s why I really loved the brand. The boxes themselves were excellent. They stacked well, were easy to work with, and the dollies made moving significantly easier. From a product standpoint, I really have no complaints. The concept works, the boxes are sturdy, and they were much more convenient than traditional cardboard boxes. Unfortunately, the service and execution surrounding the rental process were a completely different story. My first issue started before I even received the boxes. When I placed my order, I was told someone would contact me the day before delivery to coordinate logistics. Since my delivery was scheduled for Monday, that meant I should have been contacted on Sunday. That never happened. I later learned from another employee that they are closed on Sundays, which immediately made the original communication inaccurate. Monday came and went without any proactive outreach, so I had to begin contacting them myself. Communication throughout the day was inconsistent, and I was given different information by different people. Eventually, sometime in the afternoon, I was told there were communication issues with one of their Indianapolis-area partners, but that the delivery was on its way. By that point, however, most of the coordination had been driven by me rather than by the company. The entire process felt disorganized and required far more effort on my end than was originally presented. When the boxes finally arrived, I discovered they were quite dirty. The delivery driver also forgot to bring the labels that were included with my order. Given the difficulties I'd already experienced and the fact that the driver had made a lengthy trip from Indianapolis, I simply told them not to worry about the labels and moved on. The bigger issue was the condition of the boxes themselves. Nearly all 25 boxes needed to be cleaned before I could use them. They arrived with dirt, cobwebs, mulch, small rocks, pebbles, and debris trapped in the grooves, crevices, and interiors. Since I obviously didn't want my belongings covered in that material, I spent a significant amount of time vacuuming and cleaning every box individually before I could begin packing. For a reusable moving-box service, I expected a much higher standard of cleaning before the boxes were sent to the next customer. The pickup process ended up being just as frustrating as delivery. Initially, I was given a pickup window that stretched from roughly 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. In my opinion, a five-hour pickup window is excessive and makes it difficult to plan your day. When my schedule changed, I contacted them and requested a specific 10:00 AM pickup time. They appeared flexible and agreed to the adjustment. Later that afternoon, however, I received a message stating that the driver had attempted to contact me and was unable to reach me, so they wanted to reschedule for the following day. The problem is that I never received any call. I had my phone nearby and was actively monitoring it. At that point, I once again had to take the initiative and push the coordination forward. After additional texting, I was told the pickup would happen that evening. First I was given a broad 4:00–8:00 PM window, then later told it would likely be between 7:00–8:00 PM. Communication remained vague right up until I finally received a call around 7:45 PM and was able to hand over the boxes. In the end, the boxes themselves were great, and I can absolutely see the value of the product. However, the logistics, communication, and coordination were by far the weakest part of the experience. I spent far too much time acting as the coordinator for both delivery and pickup, received contradictory information throughout the process, never received the labels that were included with my order, and had to thoroughly clean every box before using it. If Stacked Moving Boxes can improve communication, tighten up scheduling, and ensure boxes are properly cleaned before delivery, the service would be much easier to recommend. As it stands, the product earns high marks, but the overall customer experience falls well short of expectations.

Our experience with stack was fantastic. Delivery was on-time and delivery driver communicated well. Same with pick-up. Using the bins was absolutely great. So efficient being able to dolly 4 bins at a time. Having two dollies with our order allowed us to move in record time. We couldn’t have been more grateful to come across and use this service. Kudos to the Stack founders; a great, essential service. I noticed some reviewers commenting on cleanliness: out of our 25 bins, only a couple had any oil/product residue, hair, or old labels. And even then it was so minimal that a bit of paper towel and using them for non-clothing items was all we needed to do. In fact, the cleanliness overall was really impressive. Would recommend this service to anyone. Worth every penny.
I used Stack’s moving bin service for my move, and overall I had a great experience. They were extremely punctual when delivering the bins, and their customer service was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. The bins arrived clean and in excellent condition. I was also very happy with the size and quantity provided. They were enough to pack absolutely all of my belongings, which made the move much easier. We loved using the totes. Website was easy to navigate. Totes were delivered quickly. We never recieved our labels but we managed! We will definitely use this again when we move.
Stack was fantastic!! The drop off & pick up service made our move so easy I can't believe we haven't used them before! No sticky tape putting boxes together or selling/waste with empty boxes after. Seriously the best money I have ever spent on a move.
I liked the durability and uniformity of boxes, they held a lot without making them so big they were to heavy. Drop off timing was not properly communicated, not knowing even a window of when they would be dropped off made it very stressful to plan around that. Pick up was better, and even adjusted the pick up time to give us more time for get them empty. I really liked the moving dolly’s as it made it easier to move multiple boxes at a time. I’d use them again if needed, I just would hope they make the drop off communication better even giving you a delivery window would be better than sitting around all day.
