Employee put me on hold for 10 minutes
Employee put me on hold for 10 minutes. She claims that she forgets that I was on hold. She doesn't listen as she asked me three times to repeat myself after I gave her the glasses order number and my phone number. I ended calling the corporate office for help. I ordered the eyeglasses on July 28 and on August 6 I was trying to find out when will I received it.

They didn't do the eye exam right the first time and now I'm out of work and has been for the last two weeks waiting for lenses.

Bit of a bait and switch. The people in the front were not aware of an organization system with the glasses. The eye exam was quick and accurate.

My husband broke his glasses and had nothing. Everyone was friendly and it was amazing. They gave a my husband a flawless exam without the dye. They also happened to have his prescription lenses in stock so he walked out that day with glasses and the other pair only took days to get to us. It was a great experience. Thank you to everyone there.

Their specials are good, I had my eye exam free with the purchase of my glasses, the service outstanding, they even sent the glasses to my place in California, very happy with the overall experience.
