After I made an online order with expedited shipping, the tracking notification indicates the shipment was in process but not on its way. I called the to inquire if the shipment was being delivered on time. The person looked up my order and realized the shipping department had missed delivery window to carrier of package for two day delivery. They upgraded my shipping to next day delivery for no upcharge. Package arrived and was as described. Nice to have customer service. Thanks.

Steel made it so far then stopped. Was told I would be updated but did not happen. E-mailed for details of what happens next and was never answered. Have been ghosted since it was shipped! Had been a great company until now!
