Quick turnaround, cuts done to specifications
Had some piping cut to my specifications and shipped, the order was done quickly and correctly. Even with the shipping costs it was less expensive than going to a hardware store and picking it up then having to deal with cutting it myself. So I will definitely be using them again if I have a project that I know about my needs enough in advance. Shipped after a couple days and arrived in total of 6 days from the order date.

I have still not received my order. Somehow UPS has delayed it. They've had it since the 5th of May.
