When it’s on it’s really on. However, oftentimes my input seems to be completely ignored, especially when I want to work on developing a capsule wardrobe. Previous purchases are generally ignored during styling fixes.

I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with Stitch Fix. I have always felt that my requests, critiques, and questions are acknowledged and replies are quickly sent. The clothing, footwear, and accessories I’ve received are good quality, have a great chance of fitting, and reflect my taste. Some even offer the opportunity to try something a little different. I’ve had no problems sending back what I didn’t want and even got extra time to return the items when I needed it. When I thought I’d have to end my relationship with Stitch Fix for personal financial reasons that suddenly came up, employees kindly worked with me to put my subscription on hold and then checked in once. I wasn’t ignored or nagged, which is rare these days. I’ve always felt taken care of each time I’ve reached out. Take it from someone who only bought off the clearance rack, Stitch Fix is worth exploring!

I feel the prices have gone up which makes it more difficult to purchase the pieces I like. Or maybe the stylist just isn’t following the whole cheaper is better for me note? Also my most recent fix did not feel like it was much inline with me. In the past I have always been very pleased. Hopefully this most recent fix was just a one time issue.

I like the expansion of style but yet practical. Color patterns are better and able to pare with other items more easily.

I am always hesitant to order from stitch fix because Insee others wearing the exact same things sent to me. The clothing sent to me was matronly and didn’t seem to hit the mark with mix and match.

I was disappointed in the first boxes styles. They offered me a 2nd box and I said no crops and I was sent 2 crop tops. I feel the stylist does not care or listen. They just throw whatever in the box. I wont order again.

Stitch fix is a wonderful way to order clothes on-line, it’s convenient for me. I do receive some clothing and shoes that I really like that may be my style, but there is some clothing that don’t fit my style so hopefully I can get the clothing that will fit my style in the future. Thank you.
