What people say

Good customer service

Though I would rather not have issues with my printer I understand that malfunctions happen and I don't hold it against them because of the great customer support I've had during both problems. In both instances they responded quickly and provided solutions, in my cases they sent a new hot end and hotbed entirely free of charge.

Representatives do not read messages…

Representatives do not read messages and ignore context. I had an LCD break after owning the unit for 40 days. I asked if they could extend that period. They ignored that. I wanted to cancel an order and they told me that I had to return it because it was delivered. Well part of the order was delivered but a part of the order that I wanted to cancel has not been shipped. It was waiting for fulfillment for nearly a month. If I knew it would take this long then I would have just bought it elsewhere. I decided to switch to elegoo

Your time is not valued to anycubic

Edit: Sadly turns out that this is a company that does not value your time. I got a none working printer , trying to fix it with their guidance instead of replacing. (their choice) After a month wasted they ask for an extra month and a half for me to get a refund meanwhile my workload is piling up. I should had stick to the other companies i got my printers from. Sad Edit to answer to anycubics reply: Its been the best part of a month , if your support had the intension to resolve the issue in any none timewasting manor it had time in all this emails back and forth. Most of the time they didnt even put the time in to read the whole email. Please ,before answering, take the time to read the conversations and watch the videos from the start this time... Disappointed with support resolution

I was really happy with my Anycubic Photon Mono M5s Pro - great printer overall. Unfortunately, my build plate turned out to be visibly warped, making proper leveling and adhesion impossible. I contacted Anycubic support and they were polite and responsive at first. They even promised to send me a replacement, but after I filled in the shipping form, I was told that the part is no longer in stock and will not be restocked. Instead, they only offered a $20 coupon — which doesn’t solve the problem, since I just needed a functional build plate. I appreciate the communication, but I'm very disappointed that they couldn't provide a quality replacement for such a basic part, even though they had promised to send a new build plate. " David (ANYCUBIC) 31 Oct 2025, 11:20 GMT+8 Hello Kirill Thanks for choosing Anycubic and we are sorry for hear that you are experiencing problems with your machine. But no need to worry,we will do our best to provide professional technical support to help you solve your problem. Don't worry, we are responsible for every customer who buys our printer. Great customer service

Well, I had an issue with one of slots on my ace pro. Told them that I had gone through the trou le shooting steps and still had an issue. They didn't hesitate to send me a replacement parts. Very good customer service. Only reason I don't give the 5 star rating is because there is no complete breakdown of all the parts so I can order as needed without having to contact customer support....

This company has been a nightmare to…

This company has been a nightmare to work with their machines. I bought 3 kobra s1 printers with AMS units and I have had constant problems with all 3 printers their entire lifetime. I have had constant tickets open with the company that said I could return the printers or get 2 free KG of PLA so I stupidly chose to keep the printers and receive the free filament. However, after accepting this deal they told me they needed 60 days to create a shipping label for the filament! This was over 3 months ago and I never even got the free gift promised to me and I still have 3 terrible printers that require 20+ hours of maintenance a week.

Do not buy the Kobra S1/poor support

I have the Kobra S1. After about a week it failed mid-print. Anycubic support was very slow to send me a replacement part and when they finally did send it, it did NOT fix the problem. They are now refusing to return or to replace the printer. I’ve already asked to purchase a replacement print head, so I can minimize downtime. They told me that they don’t sell replacement print heads for this unit, which is weird because they do for other printers. They told me about a couple components that they do sell that I could buy, but they told me that the rest of the components within the print head are not easily broken, which suggests that the extruder and hot end are easily broken. They tried replacing the extruder. It was not the problem. The hot end is working fine. So, it seems like something else in the print head is actually the problem and for some reason, they will not allow me to purchase it. In the end, this was a bad experience and if I could do this over, I absolutely would not get the Kobra S1 and I probably wouldn’t buy anything from Anycubic.

Quality of products sold is my issue, not with the store.

I have no issues with the store or making purchases from Anycubic; however, I do have problems with the quality of the products they sell and the lack of availability of parts for their products. I have a Kobra 3 MAX that has been down longer than it's been up, and waiting weeks for warranty parts is unacceptable.

Communication on the website needs work, Need more people online to help with live troubleshooting

Their communication needs a little work. Live troubleshooting would be a dream, but they don't usually have agents on their live chat. Once a support ticket is submitted (because the AI bot couldn't help), they are usually very responsive via email to request that you submit on their website chat. They are generally eager to send replacement parts at no cost if the printer experiences manufacturing faults and some user error.

The customer service has been really…

The customer service has been really great. The only thing preventing me giving 5 stars is that the printer broke down twice in the span of 3 months. Customer service is good though and has sent repairs, and replacing most parts it's well documented and easy to follow.

Time for an update

I've written before about issues that I had, but now that some of the "growing pains" are over, it's time to update my thoughts. I've come to the conclusion that the problems that I initially had were as a result of getting an early production unit. Front line support staff are amazing. Accounting for the time zone differences they are quick to respond and if parts need to be shipped, they are fairly quick (avg 6-7 days). My Kobra S1 Combo has been fairly rock solid and any prints that have failed recently can be traced back to user error (still a newbie at this).

Customer support was responsive and…

Customer support was responsive and helpful. I appreciate the assistance provided during troubleshooting. Thank you for the technical support. That said, the printer itself is quite complex to operate. I'm still struggling with print failures due to poor adhesion and unsuccessful leveling, despite multiple attempts. However, I’m confident I’ll find a way to make it work properly — because the printer has great potential and is probably one of the best in its price range.

Issue with Firmware on kobra S1

Printer do not print g-code loaded from USB-stick. Error code 10133! After a support ticket I recieved a link do new FW and after installing all works well! I believe that correct FW should have been installed the first place! Perhaps a list in the anycubuc slicer that states a proper FW no. It took long time to realize this!

No longer a Fan of Anycubic.

So unfortunately I am replacing my original review of Anycubic because the experience I’ve had with their whole support organization is not the same as what I experienced originally. I will break it down into what I believe are distinct teams within their support organization. First: Main Anycubic Support: By this I mean the people that first respond to any incident you open on their Zendesk support site. These reps in my mind still get top marks, they are relatively quick to respond, they seem to be willing to do whatever they can to solve your question or issue, and they follow-up when they do have to pass you on to a different team. They are probably the only reason I haven’t sold off my Mega Pro and Kobra S1 Combo 3d printers and moved on to a different manufacturer. Second: Anycubic’s AliExpress Support: Now I’ll be honest, I don’t know if this team works for Anycubic, or AliExpress but it seems that they are who the first Anycubic Support team passes you over to if you have an issue with your printer that was purchased from the Offical Anycubic AliExpress store. They seem to have a very different mandate and customer satisfaction is not it. When I first received my Kobra S1, the box was beaten up enough that I opened a support ticket. They offered some compensation (spool of PLA) if I would keep the printer instead of having it replaced. Since it was working and had no obvious signs of damage to the printer itself, I countered with a request for a build plate and hotend which they accepted. It took nearly a month to arrive directly from their warehouse in China. Not a big deal since the printer was working. Fast forward about 2 weeks and one overnight print, when I went to remove the print I noticed what seemed to be a filament purge on the backend of the build plate. Turns out it wasn’t that and was in fact the braided shield for the power wires that run to the bed. So I open another call with what I call Anycubic’s Main support and explained the situation and that this time I’d prefer to have the printer replaced because of this as well as an internal communication error so I was concerned that it had been damaged in transit even if it wasn’t evident. This is where I was passed on to the Anycubic AliExpress team who claimed that their Canadian warehouse wasn’t setup to accept returns and would I be willing to receive a new hotbed and $20USD as compensation. Given I felt they lowballed me, I countered with a request for 10 spools of my choice of filament and that they courier out the hotbed from China (yes I may have been high, but hey it was a negotiation or so I thought). Well their response was I was asking for too much and they decided to take back the printer and refund my purchase. So now supposedly their Canadian warehouse can accept returns. Something here wasn’t right. All I had to do was open a dispute through AliExpress (which I believe they knew I couldn’t since I was just past the 15 day window). When I went back and said that I couldn’t open the dispute and could they do it and if not could we negotiate something in the middle, since the return & refund was their suggestion. They said no and I’ll quote their message “We will work hard to refund you a maximum of US$40.” Well since I have no other option, I agreed to their counter. Final outcome: I’ve been tracking the hotbed shipment and don’t expect it to arrive before May 1, by that time it will have been out of commission twice as long as it has worked. I know things breakdown and I’m willing to work with the company to resolve an issue in a timely manner but making customers wait a month+ for warranty parts is completely unacceptable. They should be using their Canadian warehouse to dispatch parts. This experience has left me very unimpressed with Anycubic and I won’t be buying another one of their printers. It’s too bad, I did like my Mega Pro and Kobra S1 Combo and was thinking of replacing my Mega Pro with a Kobra 3 Max.
