Dear Anycubic Support Team, I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent support I received regarding my recent support ticket. After a printing issue caused a large amount of PC material to build up inside the printing head around the nozzle and heater element, I was quite concerned. Since I have only owned the printer for two weeks, I was worried it could not be repaired and would require significant time and expense to fix. However, your team responded very quickly, shipped the necessary replacement parts, and provided a clear guide on how to install them. Your prompt and helpful assistance completely reassured me within just one day. Thank you for the outstanding service!
Not much to say, more than their very quick response during a weekend, solving my issue and processing shipment of the replacement parts the same weekend! This is a perfect example on how a support org should work! Could not be happier! :)
