Website is easy to understand and navigate...I say this because I had never ordered webbing, which is what I needed, before. The prices were great so I took a chance. I did have a question before and after I had ordered. Although there is a customer service number, the two times I called I had to leave a message. Both times I was called back and the associates were very pleasant, clear, solved the problem and just a pleasure....the only little tiny note is that it takes a day or two before you get a call back.

Strapworks rocks!
It’s easy to order from Strapworks, and the quality of their products is excellent, not to mention the almost endless color and pattern choices. I have been using straps I bought from Strapworks for years to fasten SUPs, surfboards, kiteboards, and lumber to my vehicle’s roof rack, and they have never failed me. I always buy the 1” utility polyester with cam buckle, and I find the straps to be firm enough so that stretching is never an issue. And the buckles hold very reliably, too. The straps I’ve purchased from big box stores have had too much stretch and were difficult to buckle because of fraying, but I’ve never had either issue with the Strapworks straps.
