first order contained incorrect type of hook. simple mistake... when i called, the woman i spoke with was very helpful, and got the tight hooks out to me fast. in the end, just what i wanted and very good quality!

Y'all were very nice and helpful. I however, did not recive the full amount to my order. I ordered some nylon straps and it was 4in short. I also ordered some hook and loop and it was 2in short. Other than that, everything was great!
