DO NOT USE, spent equivalent of £70 for 6 items, paid what the website said was a shipping cost, when tracking the order over 1 week later it said order shipped to warehouse & they want around another $300 dollars to ship to our address, nothing of this was mentioned when ordering the items, requested a refund 24hrs ago and still not had a response, my 15 year old used his own money he’d saved to buy these items,

It is right there before a user place an order. You mentioned that you "requested a refund 24 hrs ago", may I know the status of the orders when you did this? First time using Sugargoo and really disappointed as system not friendly user which manually contact customer service to add parcel, then the shipping cost is very high compared to other shipment company like buymall, and the sea is 17-26 days as mentioned by customer service where 12 days already but my parcel still in China wait for shipment date with no fixed promise date...really bad service and disappointed..this will be first and last time using this company...never even use them again
