I am so frustrated with this company. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in the same size and while one fit, the other was 2-3 sizes too big. When I reached out, they offered to refund me if I sent back the shoes, at my cost for shipping, or keep them and receive a different pair for $35.00. I figured shipping them back would almost cost as much so I opted for the second option. I received the replacement pair and they are also way too big. I do not understand the huge size discrepancy when they are labeled as being the same size. I cannot get anything else as I wear the smallest size they offer (5) so I can't go any smaller. They claim a money back gaurantee, which I have requested at this point, but after reading other reviews I don't have high hopes of this being true. Beware that this company is scammy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have requested a refund 4 times with responses between 24 hours and 3 days. Customer service continuously reiterates informing me of the refund policy or exchange of another size or shoe which I am not interested in. They are trying to forcefully make me change my mind and give up but not happening. I will report to Better Business Bureau even if they are international. The shoes were ordered in the correct size, however, are too big and not interested in an exchange. I am aware of the international fees and agree with another reviewer they do not fully disclose the shoes are in Hong Kong. Once I get through this process, I will never order from them again. Buyer beware!! Once a refund is requested, there should never be going back and forth of explaining the same process over and over and to honor the request of the customer.

The shoes they sent are well made and sized correctly, but they are not what I ordered. The company decided to "upgrade" (their words) the ribbon color, which of course changes the whole look of the style. As others have stated, they play the email back-and-forth game, offering nothing but apologies and a totally different pair of shoes. No refunds.

The shoes are okay, but the color was not as expected, and they took several weeks to arrive. The cost (to me) to return them was about half the price of the shoes because they have to be returned to HONG KONG. This should be clearly spelled out in the return policy, which item #1 says "We will provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned items." Then, item #8 says, "If the Return Is Customer-Initiated: You are responsible for the shipping fee, which depends on the courier you choose." However, NOWHERE does it say they need to be returned to Hong Kong at considerable expense, which would have prevented me from buying them in the first place.
Perfect transaction, reasonable delivery time, item as described. The color was slightly different than I expected: turquoise leans more blue than green and is not metallic. I wish the toe of the shoe was a little less pointy as my toes don't go all the way to the end and it looks a little funny to me. However, the quality is good, they are beautiful,comfortable, and I love them. No regrets. I have since ordered a different pair from the same website and I am looking forward to receiving them soon.
