This is far too confusing for me. I was expecting to just log into an app and start the exercise - warm up, exercise, warm down for 7 minutes - something different each day. Just to start, I had to navigate too many different areas to get to the exercise part (I wasn’t even sure I was in the right place), which was not one continuous video. Instead there are multiple videos, demo’s, burst, accelerate etc. Sorry, this is not for me.

The training does provide different exercises and good health tips. The exercises though, seem pretty simple so far. I am on my second day, so I can't speak much of results, but I am truly wondering how these will help me get to my goal weight. I am committed to spend the time they suggest, seeing if 7 minutes a day truly works.

I love the one and done workouts. I absolutely feel like I’ve worked the muscle groups. What I don’t like is the upsell that happened immediately after my purchase. The pressure to buy additional workout products, as well as their vitamins, and personal coaching has really annoyed me. Every one of these upsell items has an additional price tag. I ended up purchasing a product that I was told was a free trial for 10 days. When I asked if I would be automatically enrolled and charged after 10 days, I was assured that would not happen. Imagine my reaction when I noticed the charge in my bank account. I’m very disappointed in the shady practice displayed!

I found Svelte very informative and helpful, the instructors give you time and encouragement to do the exercises to the best of your ability. You are not rushed which is good as I take a bit longer getting up and down from the floor these days, there is always excellent communication from the coaches and trainers.

Hello...I need to now review my earlier post...i was too hasty. I reviewed before i even spoke to their support team!!! That was wrong of me. I should have emailed the Svelte Support Team first!!! I emailed them to explain my problem about how to open all the various options...i was all over the place. They were so lovely, kind and patient and VERY EFFICIENT. It was all sorted under 2 hours of my first email. Brilliant!!! What a relief!!! I am such a technophobe!!! They were very reassuring and i know now i am in safe hands and have no qualms about getting in touch in the future should i have a panic. I feel so much better and looking forward to the ONE and DONE routine. The content ... videos ... information ... freebies that you get as part of the beginners pack is amazing!!! I have requested my money back. The product I purchased was not “one and done” as advertised. Every day I have been bombarded with emails and text messages about other plans/programs I have to purchase if I really want to reach my goals. You guys suck! The exercises are wonderful, but the website is not user friendly or intuitive for people who aren't computer savvy. Even the beginner one and done site will no longer allow me to mark a lesson as completed,so although I am doing the exercises faithfully, there is no way to record it. And the site should allow this without having to contact a help desk.

It feels like I’ve entered a pyramid scheme. There are so many emails and quizzes that come through, associated with the programme, which end up being long sales pitches. One follow up email seemed to offer a free hormonal profile which never materialised despite the time spent submitting the information and my request for the profile in follow up emails. Another appeared to offer access to coaching, which ended up being a 30 minute phone sales pitch concluding in a “bonus discount price” of over £1000. I’m getting videos of doctors promising to share three simple additions to my breakfast that will revolutionise my weight loss. 20-odd minutes later I’m still watching the video and he’s still telling me he’s about to share the magic tips. I imagine it comes with a cost. It’s infuriating. It feels exploitative. It’s time-wasting. It has potential to take advantage of people feeling vulnerable, who have shared personal information believing they are accessing support but instead are giving material to sales people that can be used to manipulate them. It’s very, very disappointing.
