Updated, I like the exercises so far, and have done several of the easy routines. I like the different sections. Finding out just how unbalanced my core muscles are, and feeling good about how I can work toward strengthening my weaker portions is very positive. On my initial purchase I felt the advertised price didn’t indicate or cover all the add ons, and was only made apparent after purchasing one and done. All should note it is possible to decline them by using the very small font near the bottom of the additional pages. Unfortunately, it was overwhelming, some were monthly fees and frankly out of my budget, I declined them! Perhaps for improved satisfaction, advertising could list all the features and summaries of content and costs before you order, so more people do not get discouraged! TBH I did not complete my hormonal profile bc I feared more advertising! The one and done package on its own is helping me so that part is great.

The Svelte One and Done 7minute workouts are excellent. They’re increasing my energy levels, don’t make me exhausted and I’ve built some muscle and lost weight after only 2 1/2 weeks of the beginner workout schedule. At first I thought it was a hack because when I signed up my computer said something about my IP address being used. Then when I was trying to go to the program it asked it seemed it kept trying to give me a coach which I did not think I needed to lose 5 lbs and belly fat. I talk to customer service I was about to cancel and they explained what I had. So stayed and I'm glad I did. I've done the program 2 days and I already feel and see the difference in my belly fat. Wow! Thank you!

I have experienced good weight loss with the Metaboost program. I first joined in 2022 and was amazed how quickly I started loosing. I lost about 30 pounds within 2.5 months. I felt better, my clothes didn’t fit anymore and I enjoyed updating my wardrobe. However, I eventually got off track. I relocated and was going through many changes and lost my focus. Now I have jumped back (2026) in and also added the One and Done program. In less than a week I have already lost 7 pounds. I feel more energized, less bloated and motivated. And I love that my clothes fit better. The menus are so helpful and the food tastes great and I feel satisfied when I’m done. I also love that my husband is cooperating with the food plan and he is losing weight too!

The exercise classes are brilliant. Exactly right for my level. Plenty of instructions, maybe too much. Only 4 stars as, although I think the product is great, the amount of time taken to actually purchase it is horrendous. If you then include the constant additional items they try to sell going through checkout, (without a clear - no thank you button), I almost gave up. Being sceptical to begin with, the constant add ons made me question whether or not they actually believe in the product.

I expressed my disappointment, by email, in the phone call to discuss the results of my Hormone Questionairre. Within a day I received a message of apology from the person I wrote and a second email, as she promised, from Customer Service. Customer Service also apologized and offered me 10 free days of coaching. I believe, given the many many on-line programs, it is truly amazing to find one that not only provides proof of its claimes but backs them up with quality service.

I like the ease of following the video instructions, reminders to breathe and going at your own pace. Mere has a calm and encouraging manner during the videos, especially the demos. I struggle with my learning curve of the app, but I like having the videos in order.
