Beyond The Break Outreach
In 2022 I used Swyft Filings to assist me in started my not for profit company. They guided me through the process and gave me all the information I needed. Swyft really stayed on top of things and took care of all my filings. They also informed me in a timely manner of future compliances. I decided to close my not for profit company in 2026. I had a great experience working with Sam. He was professional, patient, and took the time to fully understand my issue before guiding me through the solution. Sam communicated clearly and made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated. His helpful attitude and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I noticed a bill to my credit card that was not expected. I called a service representative for support, and he quickly reviewed the prior notes and recognized that the billing was in error, due to a prior filing change that did not go through. He very quickly reversed the charge and started the paperwork to fix the filing.
