I think you have too many add on offers. I think that would be something included in the packaging once you try the brush it might be something you would like to purchase.

I didn't understand what i was ordering and wanted to cancel my order. I thought the price shown was for both not just one item and when my order was completed it showed price doubled. I misunderstood the ad. I wanted to cancel my order and they said it was was already processed. It wasn't even five minutes after order was placed. I'm elderly and can't afford what they are taking from my account. I know you're fast but darn. Said you ca cancel the won't let you.

I went into the Synoshi Pro website and clicked to purchase this product. The options came up for various number of ‘devices’ and I clicked on the one device option. Then I went through the rigmarole of going through and selecting all the optional extras. After 4 attempts I placed my order and waited.
When the cleaner arrived I realised that I had not ordered an extension pole so I contacted their customer service team and they surprisingly came back and asked if I had the Synoshi Pro or Power spin scrubber. To my surprise I had been sent the latter which is an inferior product.
I have requested that they send me the correct product but they have told me that I need to reorder which is very annoyin as they sent me the wrong product. Just wanted to alert people to this scam.
In spite of this, Synoshi keeps sending me emails congratulating me on my purchase of the Synoshi Pro. Be very aware when dealing with this company.
