Never got the power scrubbersI bought a 3 pack of the power…
I bought a 3 pack of the power scrubbers for $74.59 and never received them. Order ID ref-23399068-31466917, paid through pay-pal. The weird thing is I did receive the 3 pro cone brushes for $54.35 and the 3 round brushes for $44.75 but can't use them because I didn't get the scrubber! I emailed Synoshi several times and they did respond saying they were shipped and would replace them but I never got them

I use my Synoshis in my kitchen and bathrooms. They are great for cleaning food debris from my dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. I use the metal brush for scrubbing my stainless steel cookware. The soft brushes are great for cleaning stains on my sinks and countertops. I use them to clean tub and shower walls.
They make my chores much, much easier and quick to accomplish. The charge lasts s long time. When I need to clean the brushes, into the dishwasher they go!
I love my Synoshis!

Disappointed customer, with no refund after 3 weeks of parcel being returned.
Hi, I ordered synoshi product, at the end of Jan 2025, and tried it as soon as it arrived. With the knowledge of being able to send back if not happy. I was not impressed, thinking it would be more powerful. I emailed and sent back to them in their packaging, and mid Feb sent back.
I am still waiting a refund, as per their policy. I have emailed numerous times, and know they have the package at the end of Feb. They keep saying it typically takes 5-10 business days please appreciate your patience while this is being sorted out. It is nearly double that time now and still no refund. My patience has run out, my bank even warned me this could be a scam, but I looked at the company and said no all good.
All sorted within a few days of putting this up, not sure if coincidence or not?

Not totally impressed
First off I only ordered 1 brush but was charged and received two. When I got a hold of the company they offered to give me a 20% refund. I thanked them for the offer but declined. I did not need two. I was told I would have to pay shipping to return it which is basically what I paid for it. I tried the Synoshi and was not totally impressed. I bought it to try it out for grout lines on a stone shower and tiled floor. I found I could do just as good of a job with a scrub brush and do it faster than using the Synoshi. I have to admit it is very well made. Maybe if it was faster or had several speeds it may be a bit better.
