I liked the quality of the Synochi . I did not like the constant emails of extra Synochi accessories. I did not like how I ordered 1 but got 2 and was charged for 2. I did not like how I tried to cancel 1 after a few minutes of realizing 2 were ordered as I was careful to order just 1 and then an email arrived saying it was to late to alter your order. Marketing is very devious but the Synochi Pro is good.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They use a courier company called SpeedX, who simply leave your package outside , with no bell ring or anything, regardless of the circumstance or area. I live in an unsecured city apartment complex, surrounded by similar buildings. SpeedX basically just left my package outside and it was stolen. When I contacted customer service, I was told since it was delivered, signed for and POD, they would neither send a replacement, nor give me a refund! HUH! To show just how HORRIBLE this company is, this is all over a $50 purchase!!

I now have three Pro and one regular and use them quite often. I have so many because I have tried and tried to get the extra brushes that were supposed to be included with the last pros that I ordered. No brushes. Not as good as I was hoping/expecting
I found the purchase process frustrating, I wanted a brush with the attachments, but every attachment was an extra cost. I also got a phone call from the company after my purchase trying to sell me extra attachments. It's a very hard sell system which I personally, don't like.
The postage was not shown, I could not see what it was going to be so went ahead and it was added to the cost at the end once I had approved PayPal.
The product is ok, but not great. I have charged it and it's not very strong at all. I had expected better performance from this product based on everything the seller advertises about it.
I will be asking for a refund as I'm not satisfied.

After placing order for ONE Pro and bonus extended handle and receiving text, my order somehow was altered to TWO Pros and one bonus extended handle with a total higher than the original text. When order received, the extended handle does not fit the Pro. It must be designed for a different model.
