AI generatedReviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally helpful and professional staff for providing clear communication, answering questions patiently, and keeping everyone updated throughout the entire vehicle shipping process. Many consumers happily note that cars and trucks are delivered promptly and securely, making the overall transportation experience remarkably smooth, reliable, and stress-free. However, some people mentioned frustrating issues regarding unexpected cost increases demanded at drop-off and severely delayed pickups. A few other people also felt that communication broke down when scheduled appointments were completely missed and vehicles were left sitting for weeks without being collected.
