Great customer support team
It was easy to get a hold of a representative, they were transparent in the process, and very pleasant to work with. I could tell their first priority was to a good customer experience. I would have appreciated slightly more communication about how the scheduling process was going, but I think that may just be a personal preference. I wound up not needing to complete the transport booking, due to changing circumstances, so I can only speak to the booking process. Tempuslogix did a great job making a mysterious process approachable.

Amazing Experience.
Fantastic communication throughout the process. Clarity of pricing upfront and consistency throughout. I didn't know much about transporting a car from one state to another and Tempus Logix did a great job. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Poor they were supposed to pick it up…
Poor they were supposed to pick it up on Oct 4, but didn’t pic up till Oct 17, wasn’t delivered Oct 19 at 1020 pm so everything is dark and you can see anything, I was going on vacation the next day, so couldn’t check it out, now I found a scratch on the front nose of my Spyder. I wouldn’t recommend using them. Randy A

The damage was reported a long time after the delivery, and it was not noted on the BOL, nor is it visible on the delivery inspection pictures.
