Beautiful custom initials and chain

I ordered custom initials and a 20 inch chain for my friend's birthday. The 20 inch choked him so I ordered a 24 inch chain. Unfortunately I ordered a 19mm chain which doesn't fit the custom initials. I contacted their wonderful customer support team who were able to stop that shipment and I then ordered the 14mm 24 inch chain which got delivered quickly. My friend is over the moon happy with his custom initials!!! I cannot praise this company enough for all their help !!! Definitely will be ordering from then again !

Great selection

Great selection, super easy to navigate by category. The product I chose exceeded my expectations! It arrived on time, well packaged and the product itself is stunning. Not at all cheap looking or feeling in weight! I did have to order a longer chain for the dog tags but that was on me!
