Terrible experience from start to finish. I spent $288.89 on an order and paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed the items for a specific occasion. Not only did the order fail to arrive on time, it never arrived at all. The occasion came and went, leaving me without the products I paid for. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of taking ownership and resolving the issue, I was told to file a claim myself. That’s incredibly frustrating. I had no problem paying your company nearly $300, but somehow it’s my responsibility to do the legwork when you fail to deliver the order? When customers spend their hard-earned money, they expect the products they purchased to arrive. At a minimum, they expect responsive customer service when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you value reliable delivery, accountability, and customer service, I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.
