Best customer experience & half the price with no catch
They were the friendliest initial call I made to several monitoring companies. I expected a bait & switch when I asked them to confirm pricing but there was no catch. They’re more than half the price and no 3-year obligation either. Year to year. The amazing experience continued when their installer came to hook up my existing alarm to their monitoring center. He was one of the nicest installers that ever came to my house for various products. A truly exceptional company and at half the price of anyone else. WOW!

Transition to TMC could not be easier or more efficient. The technician arrived when previously scheduled and tested every circuit in our home. He replaced malfunctioning sensors that Telus didn’t even monitor or report. We have a wireless service, our cost was halved. If you have a wired service your cost will be 1/4. The monitoring has already proven TMC are on the ball. Could not recommend them highly enough.
From the initial phone call to installation the service was fabulous. Polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were particularly impressed with our service technician when we ran into the issue of hiding the wiring. He suggested drilling into the closet: entrance and exit holes are hidden by the device and wiring was neatly stapled along baseboards. It doesn’t even look like a wired device.
