The chap that did our installation was very knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally tidy. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure having him do work in our house.

So far so good, what ever we agreed, you delivered. Technician Satinderpal Mann explained and answered all the questions. Well behaved boy made me happy. Only thing is that it is not $9.99 plus six months free, so ad and in reality it is a huge difference. Landline home owners will pay $9.99 Per month and those with WiFi internet twice per month the one above. But it is still cheaper than others anyways for the mental satisfaction.

Excellent Service at Competitive Prices

The technician arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, knew exactly what to do, did it efficiently and our system is now working well. We had previously been with another well-known company for several decades and had become frustrated by poor service, high prices, and the continual attempt to sell us new equipment. Now our older system is functioning well again and our monthly fees are less than half of what we were paying before. So far we are delighted with our decision to switch to the Monitoring Centre. On my first call to the Monitoring Centre, the person I spoke with knew exactly what I was talking about (which was not the case with other companies), and everything she said has come true - including restoration of service and price. I am a very happy customer and am also happy to recommend the Monitoring Centre.

I'm very pleased with the service from The Monitoring Centre. The system in my building was quite old but working well when the tenants moved out.The original monitoring company had sold to Telus and they wouldn't allow my former tenants to put the system under my name , they had to terminate the contract .After some very high quotes I turned to TMC and they came to my rescue with inexpensive monitoring. Adam the technician was on time and sorted through the system and left with everything explained and working well.Some batteries needed changing and the people at the monitoring centre were very considerate and helpful

An agent of the monitoring centre called me to test one of the systems which he said was not testing properly on their monitoring systems for motion. He was clear about which one it was. He asked if we could test it while I was on the phone. Gave me clear directions on how to go about how we could test it. I was able to reset the motion sensor using this and he was able to confirm it worked. It was quick , clear and was done without any in person visit . Saved everyone time and showed me they cared. I was with Chubb security alarm and had trouble getting through to them even when my system was in alarm mode from a faulty cable … first they didn’t pick the line for days, weeks and when they did it was endless transferring of lines … saying they did not know how to sort it and a person had to come in but it was only 2 weeks before a technician could come in.

Good overall, but costed more than expected due to the technician bringing the wrong sensor

We ordered an alarm system for our warehouse. One bay door and two human doors. Although it was mentioned that one of the doors is a bay door, the rep didn’t come with the right sensor. They sold us one that doesn’t work for it, then sold us another one specifically for the door, but had to come a couple of week after to install it. The service had been good over all and the system is working fine. The technicians are also very friendly.

Your tech was very late for his appointment. He did not have assistance from another representative. Previously, when we signed up with your service at our other dwelling, there were two representatives. Your tech didn't have a step ladder to use. Luckily, we had one. We were not told that there would be another box beside our router. We felt that we were better informed about hookup during our previous experience. Your tech was very polite and knowledgeable. We are seniors and not tech savvy, therefore, we felt that it took us a little longer to understand how to program the system through our cell. We felt that at times your tech seemed a little frustrated at our knowledge. Thank you.
