Wow what a nightmare of a company to…

Wow what a nightmare of a company to deal with. I got alarm monitoring from them. They said we have a promotion for a 2 year deal and we can give you a better rate if you pay for 2 years in advance. So I told them that I will be moving in 2 years and will not need the alarm monitoring any more. They agreed to that and we signed a agreement with a one time payment for the 2 year contract. Then they renewed my contract and charged me a higher rate and processed the payment on my credit card without my consent. They kept my credit card info on file even after they told me they would not. This company is unethical and dishonest. They don't send you an invoice or reminder notices or any information about the renewals and just go forward with charging you every year. Horrible customer service!

Easy to convert from TELUS/ADT

Very easy to convert from TELUS (ADT). The tech (Adam) was professional and knew how to test the system. He also knew how to fix an issue that my previous provider couldn't diagnose. Excellent service - I wish I had switched earlier!

If at first you're not happy...try again.

The installer was knowledgeable,courteous and willing to answer any questions we had. The second person I spoke with on the telephone to order your service helped out and installed our service in just a few days. The first person I spoke with was extremely cavalier and could not have cared less about my circumstances. My initial call to order your service had me signed up and transferred me to your installation department where my order was quickly canceled because I required the service sooner than the installer had booked me for. Had I not called back the next day and spoken to a more moderate customer service representative, I would now be with a different company. I have been with your company when I previously lived in Canada and knew that one bad apple didn't color the entire company. So I'm back and happy about it.

I heard my wife talking to the lady she contacted at the Monitoring Center. She seemed very nice and very informative about the service. The tech Jose told us about the instalation and did a quick nice job. He was also very nice and a good represenative of your company
