You shipped the item to the wrong address despite the fact I provided the correct one and my repeated attempts to warn you to change the delivery address. Now while I’m trying to get a refund, your people are basically accusing me of trying to commit fraud, despite a lengthy chain of messages proving I was warning about the situation for two days. Very unimpressed.

Defective dress with no good resolution
I’m bummed because the dress I bought (old doen, $220) for an upcoming wedding had a defective zipper with tears around the zipper (which wasn’t noted anywhere on the item description) and the max they would provide was under what it would cost to get the zipper replaced, and that doesn’t include any additional repairs to the fabric of the dress. I sent many pictures and they were nice but wouldn’t budge

TRR Sold Me A Worthless Item
TRR sold me a dress with an essential strap missing. It was listed as pristine so the authentication/verification is extremely flawed. I ended up returning for a refund because they were only willing to offer me 20% store credit on a nearly worthless item. I appreciate the customer service representative that helped me, however, I feel TRR is actually just a scam with overpriced incomplete items and incorrect listing information.
