I paid $751 US for two pages sworn translated hardcopies. It would have cost half this amount however I paid double for them to arrive yesterday. They did not arrive. Company said my acceptance of additional 'shipping fees' went to their 'spam' folder. So they missed it. They did not offer any meaningful compensation and validated their mistake by saying that the translation was done expeditiously and that's what I paid double for. No, I paid for it to be sent in the mail not just sitting on their desk. It will now arrive in a couple days. If I ordered it to arrive the day it will actually arrive on, I would have paid only half. Buyer beware. They will not compensate you reasonably for their errors. As will not arrive now until Sept 4th, I may not have the documents in time for my consular appointment. I have a feeling based on other negative reviews, that what they send me may not be an actual sworn translation afterall - as purchased. I will edit my comment here after my consular appointment to let everyone know. I believe many of the great customer service reviews are false reviews. I wish I could share with you all my emails to them and you would see they aim to resolve nothing. Not only that, but you can tell on these reviews that the company only responds to the 'positive reviews' and ghosts the negative ones. That should tell you everything you need to know.
I got a large number of documents translated with this company, doing sworn Spanish translation. They were for the most part efficient, and when there were issues, they worked to resolve them. I love that there is a number with a live human being 24/7! This is amazing, and really helped. Live human support is worth its weight in gold, IMHO.

I am so disappointed of them, I ordered a Certified Translation from Spanish to English and they translated the main document and did the Translation Certificate in Spanish. And now they want to charge again to translate the Translation Certificate from Spanish to English.

Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional behavior. I had a very upsetting experience when I called Spanish Group and was assisted by the representative from the Spanish-speaking customer service department, who identified himself as being of Mexican nationality. I was simply calling to ask if my document was ready, and instead of receiving help, I was met with rudeness and offensive personal comments. When I mentioned that I needed the paperwork because I’m getting married, he crossed the line and told me—in a sarcastic and judgmental tone—that he didn’t understand how a woman like me could be getting married, supposedly because of “how I treated him.” I was never disrespectful. I only asked a basic question as any client would. His attitude was not only unprofessional but deeply inappropriate. I do not recommend this service to anyone who expects respectful treatment and basic human decency.
This is my second time using The Spanish Group to complete a certified translation. It has been very successful and easy to do it. I submitted my documentation and payment on Friday afternoon and got it back on Monday morning. (Maybe it could have been faster if I did it during the week days). I eventually received my refund after more than two weeks, and I appreciate that the company reached out to resolve the issue. However, the whole process took quite a long time and i wasted my time so I’m deducting one star. I am glad the situation was finally resolved.

I ordered a translation from Romanian to Spanish with notarization. I paid both services online, good price, so I was happy. I received afterwards an email to say that when they analysed the document instead of 70 $ I needed to pay over 245 for the translation and for notarization instead of 14$ was 105 $, so well above double price. I told them I want to cancel the order but I am still waiting as it seems the situation needs to be assessed by their team? I feel deceived and robbed by this company.
