What people say

My ticket was no good

I've used them a few times before, including this year, and everything was fine. However, this past weekend was not good at all. The parking ticket was fine. When I went to scan my ticket for the venue, it showed "invalid ticket" 3 different times. I was sent to customer service, who told me to call TickPick. The person asked me to get a screenshot of the message on the scanner. As I tried to do that, the person at the scanner let me in (different line), so I didn't get the screenshot. About halfway through the 1st quarter of the game, the usher asked to see my ticket, as someone else had my same seat and it was a season ticket holder. He told me to move to the empty seat in front of me. He came back in the 2nd quarter, as that seat holder had now arrived and I needed to move again. He took me to guest relations, who told me I should not have gotten in with my ticket, since it didn't come from ticketmaster. So not only was my ticket invalid, my seat belonged to someone else. I called customer service on my way home and spent about 30 min on the phone. I was ultimately sent an email to which I replied detailing my experience. I was told multiple times about the no refund policy, but i feel that should not apply here, since I was sold a bad ticket. I am still awaiting a resolution, as this was 5 days ago.
